Research has shown that one of the most important factors in any successful change is the relationship you have with your therapist/practitioner/coach.
As such you will experience a warm, friendly and entirely positive environment, at all times I will communicate in a respectful, straight forward and common sense manner.
I run a ‘jargon free’ practice and will explain as much or as little about the processes that you need to feel comfortable and confident in the approach.
We will be working together to get your result. All the skills, techniques and experience I have are focused on that, and that alone.
As a Professional Hypnotherapist I have trained and become qualified in numerous approaches and styles of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, as well as NLP, coaching and Energy Psychology (acupressure techniques for the mind).
I tailor make every session specifically to your personality, strengths and experience and have been trained in ‘critical point analysis’ which simply means to identify quickly the most important part of the presenting problem/solution that will create the most significant change in the most efficient time frames.
The approach I use is simple, direct and gets results: Analysis for the most part is unnecessary. Even when we do find the “Why” of a problem, the problem most often remains, we just have new ways of justifying our behaviour and responses rather than being free from them: After all, if you have a splinter in your finger, you really don’t care how you got it, why you got it, how big it is, what colour it is or who gave it to you; you simply want to take tweezers and pull it out.
I provide programs and approaches that assist people in getting back in control and back on track in minimum time frames. It’s certainly not a quick fix that we are talking about; in fact you will most likely experience deeper insight into yourself and your true capabilities than you may have thought possible. I do not rehash the tired old approaches that most offer; my programs are unique, powerful and offer the genuine opportunity for the result you want.
