Contrary to popular thought, hypnotherapy has nothing to do with clucking like a chicken, or dancing like a rock star as perhaps you may have seen stage hypnotists do.

 

To help you be free we will re-train your brain and mind to think and feel differently about the exact thing you’re currently afraid of.  I know this might sound a bit far-fetched to you now…but it’s not a magic trick, and the lasting results you achieve will be with you always. 

 

The secret to making this change so quickly is, we must utilise our unconscious processes to do so…and this is why Hypnotherapy is so superior as a treatment modality.  We do the work exactly where the problem is being held, at the unconscious level.

 

Ever wondered why you can’t talk your way out of the fear?  It’s because your conscious mind is not in control of fear-based reactions, it’s the observer of them…your unconscious mind is.

 

Our unconscious mind has an amazing ability to update and change very rapidly compared to our conscious mind, which prefers to understand why it’s happening.

 

How long does it take to remove a phobia, or fear?

 

It can happen in just one session for some specific fears, but usually, 3 sessions are all that is needed to change even the most ingrained fear.  By working directly with the fear itself at the unconscious level, the structure of it and how it is being held in the mind we can do amazing things very quickly.
